Welcome to Fast Fold LLC. By using our website (fastfoldlaundry.com) and our laundry pick-up and delivery services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Fast Fold LLC offers wash, dry, fold, pick-up, and delivery laundry services in Winston Salem, Pfafftown, Rural Hall, Walkertown, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability.

2. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on weight per pound unless otherwise stated.
Current rates: $2.10/lb for Standard (48hr) service, $3.10/lb for Premium (24hr) service, with a $25 minimum order.
Payment is due upon service completion or at the time of delivery, unless otherwise arranged.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

3. Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring laundry is ready at the scheduled pickup time and location.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather). We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays.
If a customer is not available at the scheduled delivery time, an additional fee may apply for rescheduled delivery.

4. Garment Care & Limitations

Fast Fold LLC uses standard washing and drying procedures. While we take great care, we are not responsible for:
- Normal wear and tear (shrinkage, color fading, minor rips)
- Items labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only" if included in regular wash
- Pre-existing damage or items left in pockets (e.g., pens, coins, keys) that may cause damage during wash
Please check and separate your laundry before pickup.

5. Liability

In the rare event of lost or damaged items, liability is limited to the lesser of the item’s current value or the total cost of the service provided for that load.
Fast Fold LLC is not liable for items left outside for pickup that are lost, stolen, or damaged before collection.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours before scheduled pickup.
Refunds are provided only if services were not rendered due to our error or inability to complete the order.

7. Privacy

We value your privacy. Any personal information provided (name, phone number, address, email) will only be used to process and deliver your laundry services. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Changes to Terms

Fast Fold LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.
